Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TurboNeurofeedback Training. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our NeurOptimal® neurofeedback training services, website, and related services.

By accessing or using the site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

TurboNeurofeedback provides professional NeurOptimal® neurofeedback training as a general wellness service. Based on information submitted to the FDA, NeurOptimal® was determined to be a general wellness product for passive brain training and personal enrichment. It is offered here as general-wellness brain training, not medical treatment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

This determination is not FDA approval or evidence of effectiveness and does not authorize medical or condition-specific claims.

Office sessions take place at an appointment-only location, with location details confirmed after payment. Office and mobile sessions are available in Fort Myers, Babcock Ranch, and Punta Gorda.

Important: NeurOptimal® neurofeedback is a wellness technology and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

User Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and to interact with staff, equipment, and facilities respectfully.

Provide accurate and complete contact and booking information
Arrive on time or provide reasonable notice for cancellations
Follow guidance provided during sessions
Disclose relevant medical considerations that could affect sessions
Use the website and forms in accordance with these Terms

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel or request a refund

Contact TurboNeurofeedback by phone at 1-888-BRAIN17 or by email at info@turboneurofeedback.com to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund.

With at least 24 hours' notice before the appointment time, the customer may reschedule or receive a refund for that session
With less than 24 hours' notice, the session is treated as used and is nonrefundable
A missed appointment without notice is treated as used and is nonrefundable
If TurboNeurofeedback cancels an appointment, the customer may reschedule or receive a full refund for that session

Booking and fulfilment

Office and Mobile Standard appointments are confirmed when Stripe payment succeeds. Office location details are provided after payment. Mobile sessions take place at the agreed address within the current service area. Appointments are reserved in one-hour windows to allow session time, setup, and reset.

For Mobile Saver, TurboNeurofeedback contacts the customer within 2 business days after payment to arrange an appointment. If no mutually acceptable time is found within 7 calendar days after payment, the customer may request a full refund.

Refund processing

TurboNeurofeedback submits approved refunds to Stripe within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After submission, Stripe estimates approximately 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear through the customer's bank or card issuer.

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices displayed by TurboNeurofeedback are in U.S. dollars.

The displayed price is the amount charged at checkout. TurboNeurofeedback does not add taxes or mandatory fees. Office and Mobile Standard use the same prices, with no travel surcharge for appointments within the current service area.

Mobile Saver savings are compared with the corresponding Standard plan. Mobile Saver offers discounted pricing for flexible mobile scheduling, with the exact appointment time coordinated after payment.

Standard Single Session: $129
Standard 5-Session Package: $495 total ($99 per session; save $150 compared with five Standard single sessions)
Standard Training Membership: $299 per month for 4 sessions
Mobile Saver Single Session: $109 (save $20 compared with Standard)
Mobile Saver 5-Session Package: $420 total ($84 per session; save $75 compared with the Standard package)
Mobile Saver Training Membership: $254 per month for 4 sessions ($63.50 per session; save $45 per month compared with the Standard membership)

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe provides the receipt and billing record for the purchase. There is no separate TurboNeurofeedback customer account for credits or billing.

Package Policies

Package payments are due in full at the time of purchase
Package sessions may be scheduled for 6 months after purchase
After 6 months, unused sessions can no longer be scheduled but remain eligible for refund
Any unused Standard package session may be refunded at $99 per session
Any unused Mobile Saver package session may be refunded at $84 per session
Used sessions retain the package rate and are not repriced at the single-session rate
No cancellation or administrative fee is deducted from a package-session refund
A session canceled with at least 24 hours' notice is returned to the package unless the customer requests a refund
Package purchases are non-transferable

Training Membership Policies

Training Membership renews automatically each month until canceled
Each paid monthly cycle includes 4 sessions, scheduled through the website or with us
Cancel by phone or email before the next renewal; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle
If one or more sessions are used during a paid cycle, there is no partial-cycle refund or prorating
Included membership sessions do not roll over into a later paid cycle
If an entire paid cycle goes unused, that cycle is refunded in full to the original payment method and the membership ends
Additional sessions beyond the included 4 are $75 each while the membership is active and must be arranged directly with us

Services for Minors

Minors may participate in TurboNeurofeedback sessions only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, accept these Terms, and consent to the service
A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entire office or mobile appointment
Minors may not independently submit booking or payment information
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate booking information and supervising the minor

Sessions for minors are general-wellness brain training and are not medical treatment.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.

Session information, personal details, and communications are used solely for the purpose of providing neurofeedback services and responding to inquiries.

Health Disclaimers and Limitations

NeurOptimal® is not a medical treatment. Results vary by person and are not guaranteed.

You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning neurofeedback training and should never discontinue prescribed care without medical guidance.

Inform us of medical conditions, medications, or concerns before sessions
Do not treat the service as a substitute for licensed medical care
Use professional judgment alongside any wellness training decision

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboNeurofeedback Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately if these Terms are breached or if continued service is not appropriate.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, while provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
